In the early days, the factory produced parts for a car repair shop in Qingdao. Semi-finished products are later produced and assembled. After Li Jianpin and the technical staff of the factory continued to study and seek advice, delved into new technologies, obtained the design drawings of the new car lift from the Ministry of Water Resources, developed and produced it by himself, and finally produced the first electromechanical car lift in the country. The car maintenance machinery industry occupied by the lift stands out and becomes a dark horse in the car maintenance machinery industry. In August 1992, the "QG-2.5 electromechanical lift" produced by Aoshan Auto Repair Machinery (the anchor chain factory was renamed) won the gold medal at the National Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition. Since then, the lift products have been sold all over the country, becoming a symbol of the industrial transformation of Aojiao Stone. In 2003, the machinery factory was transformed into an enterprise, and the factory was renamed Aofu Automobile Warranty Machinery Co., Ltd., with Li Jianpin as a legal person. The company has two branches and four branches, and its product sales cover the entire domestic market.
In 1997, Li Jianpin was elected secretary of the Party branch of Aojiaoshi. At that time, Aojiao Stone was facing a critical moment when traditional industries declined and new industries had not yet been determined. Through study and investigation, Li Jianpin and a group of people from the Party branch decided to introduce tea cultivation. Li Jianpin and other general branch leaders have organized Party members, cadres and villagers to visit Laoshan Wanggezhuang Tea Garden for on-the-spot investigation and study, formulate encouraging policies, and mobilize Party members and cadres to take the lead in trial planting. In order to solve the problem of difficulty in selling fresh tea and low price for tea farmers, the village committee invested in the establishment of the Aofu Tea Factory, and spent a lot of money to hire tea experts from the south to provide on-site guidance, and develop and launch the "Aofu" series of tea brands, which are popular among "agricultural farmers" nationwide. After that, Li Jianpin took advantage of Beijing's successful Olympic bid to introduce cedar planting. In 2002, the village collective invested 1.2 million yuan, introduced 70,000 cedar saplings, and planted 40 mu of cedar seedlings. Three years later, high benefits were achieved.
